A few extra seconds per scan means long lines. Yet every scan has to answer several questions before a meal is approved: is the code valid, is this person eligible, has the meal already been used, is this the right location and meal period?

How It Works

QR Meal Scanner workflow: 1 Scan the QR code on an ID, badge or phone. 2 Validate eligibility, meal rules, location and duplicates. 3 Approve with an immediate confirmation. 4 Record and sync for history, reporting and multi-location access.

Keeps Working When the Internet Doesn't

Meal service can't stop because a location loses its connection. Scanners keep working offline, queue transactions securely, and sync automatically once the network is back.
